Planisware access will be sent to your personal email address. PSA is where you will submit your weekly timecard. Your Program Manager will contact you during your first week to guide you through the system.

To log time each week, please go to PSA (https://advancedgroup.planisware.live/).

  • Timesheets must be submitted for approval by the end of day each Friday, but no later than Monday by 12:00 p.m. CST.
  • Once your timecard is complete for the week, it must be published to release it for Program Manager approval.

You will complete Planisware training through our Veeva training site and then materials and instruction guide will be available on the Advanced Clinical SharePoint site, coming soon!

EXPENSE ENTRY

Advanced Clinical utilizes Ramp as our Expense Management tool. Ramp access will be sent to your personal OR work email address from [email protected] & you’ll complete your initial registration.

Standard Users:

PTO

To utilize PTO, fill out the PTO request form and submit it to your Program Manager as soon as possible before your planned time off.  

When entering your time off in PSA, be sure to mark it as ‘unavailable time.’ If there are any changes to your request after submitting, please notify your Program Manager promptly so adjustments can be made.  

For any questions about PTO, please reach out to your Program Manager.

Please note: Paid holidays are dictated per client agreements; it will be noted in your assignment agreement if you qualify.

payment process


Advanced Clinical pays its employees weekly. The standard pay period starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Direct deposit funds are guaranteed by Friday after the week worked. Printed checks are mailed via USPS on Wednesdays to your home address on record.

A direct deposit setup form will be included in your onboarding paperwork from [email protected].

We strongly recommend that you sign up for direct deposit to ensure prompt payment. After you set up direct deposit, all payment will be directly deposited into your account by Friday, payday.

On your first pay day you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to view your check stub on Greenshades. Complete the following directions as a first time user in order to set up your password:

  • It will ask you for a “corporate email,” which is the personal email that Advanced Clinical has on file for you. It will also ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN, along with your birth year (####YYYY)

BENEFITS


If you are working 30+ hours/week, you qualify for the medical benefits below. All employees are eligible for the 401K benefits. Shortly after your first payday you will receive an email from our benefits department, with the benefits guidebook that will give you an overview of the plans and instructions on how to log into our benefit system, Flock, and make your elections. Please see the benefits letter included in your onboarding documents for additional details. For benefit questions, please email [email protected].

Medical Benefits

Your benefit elections will go into effect the first of the month following 30 days from your start date (for start dates on or after January 1, 2025).

  • You have 30 days from your start date to make your elections. After that you will not have access to the system.
  • Eligible employees must log into Flock and elect or decline coverage.

401(k)

Advanced Clinical offers a 401(k) retirement plan through Empower for all employees.

  • Employees can elect to contribute to the 401(k) starting the first of the month following 30 days from one’s start date. If you do not make an election or opt out on the Empower website, you will be auto-enrolled in the 401(k) plan after 60 days from your start date.
  • Employees will receive a company match starting the first of the month following 90 days of service from one’s date of hire.
  • Employees are 100% vested in the employer 401(k) contribution after 2 years of service.

All employees will receive an enrollment package from Empower in the mail which will contain information on the 401(k) plan, funds available, and instructions on how to manage plan participation. All employees need to “Opt Out” on the Empower platform if they do not wish to participate in the plan. The automatic enrollment of 3% will be deposited into a Target Fund account through Empower. The Company will match 50% of one’s contribution up to 6% of one’s salary, once match eligibility has been reached (first of the month following 90 days from hire).

For continuous access to your signed onboarding and tax documents, plus Advanced Clinical policies and procedures, please login to eStaff, www.estaff365.com, with your personal email address as your User ID. If you need to update any of your personal information (address, contact information, tax forms, etc.), please email your operations partner and copy your recruiter.
