This notice is to obtain your consent for the collection and processing of your Personal Data by us when you apply for a role in AC India or any affiliate of AC India. This notice is directed only to residents of India. This notice is in addition to the provisions of our general website privacy notice for Indian residents which may be accessed here  

The “data controller” of the personal information collected and processed about you in connection with your application is the Advanced Clinical group affiliate responsible for recruiting and hiring candidates for the position to which you apply (“Controller Affiliate”). This is the company that is responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used and ensuring that your personal information is handled lawfully. The Controller Affiliate will be identified to you as part of the recruitment and hiring process 

Advanced Clinical LLC and its affiliates, Advanced Clinical Holdings, Inc. and Advanced Personnel, Inc. (collectively, the “US Affiliates”), all of which are based in the USA, are responsible for managing recruitment activities on behalf of themselves and all other affiliates in the Advanced Clinical group. This means that, wherever you are based, the US Affiliates will process your personal information in the USA. If you apply for a position or contract with a US Affiliate, that US Affiliate will be the Controller Affiliate. In all other scenarios, the US Affiliates will act as data processors on behalf of the Controller Affiliate. 

The Controller Affiliate may engage another affiliate, Advanced RPO LLC, to help manage the recruitment process. Advanced RPO is also based in the USA and acts as a data processor on behalf of the Controller Affiliate. 

Types of Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity Data: First Name, last name, permanent residence, nationality, relationship, Permanent Account Number (“PAN”), Aadhar number, Universal Account Number (“UAN”), date of birth, place of birth, emergency contact including details on first and last name, relationship, mobile number, email address.  
  • Contact Data: Email address, contact number, work address. 
  • Transaction Data: Upon offer of employment only - Address and bank details, full name on account, bank account number, International Bank Account Number (“IBAN”), Bank Identifier Code (“BIC”), Sort code.  
  • Referral Data: Referral’s first and last name, recruiter’s first and last name, referral’s email address. 
  • Technical Data: Data collected through cookies, IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, time zone setting and location. 
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, including referring URL, pages visited, browsing patterns, search queries, interactions with content, promotions, time spent on the Website and interaction logs. 
  • Employment Data: Job title, work history and experience, C.V., education, employment agreement, training document, training history and any other information you provide as part of the application process, including references and background checks. 
  • Marketing and Communications Data: Information regarding promotional communications, updates on our services, and your subscriptions to Advanced Clinical blogs, news, and events.
