Dr. Jim Mills is a biotech executive with over 28 year’s experience working in the biopharmaceuticals sector. Jim has technical expertise in all areas of bioprocess development and manufacturing. Having gained valuable produce development experience across a wide variety of biological product types in a number of different settings, he can help streamline CMC development path planning from pre-clinical to commercial phases. Through his experience of managing teams within different product development and manufacturing functions, he can help better integrate company functions in a collaborative fashion to deliver more rapid development programs. His expertise also includes manufacturing technical due diligence, technology assessment, tech transfer and company acquisition technical due diligence. He can therefore provide a vital, experience- and knowledge-based link between partner companies and sites, including the C-suite.
