Chicago, IL (February 11, 2020) – Advanced Clinical, a clinical research services organization, is excited to announce that the company’s global expansion into eastern Europe continues with the opening of a new office in Kyiv, Ukraine.
To lead efforts in Kyiv, Andrii Paliichuk has been appointed as the Managing Director and Project Manager of Ukraine. Mr. Paliichuk holds a Master’s degree in Science and Chemistry and is PMP certified. He brings a wealth of experience in running a CRO business in Ukraine and acting as Project Manager on local and global studies. His extensive clinical expertise includes Oncology, Central Nervous System (CNS), Gastrointestinal (GI) and Rare Disease.
“During the recent years much attention was paid to Ukraine as an attractive place on the global clinical research map,” said Mr. Paliichuk. “The local regulatory legislation is becoming harmonized with the EU environment, thus, making the Ukrainian market more accessible for global players. The size of treatment naïve population adds extra value to the well-known advantages of Ukraine, like highly qualified site personnel, ease of logistics and competitive start-up timelines.”
Ukraine is the eighth subsidiary in the Advanced Clinical international portfolio since January 2018. The new location comes on the heels of the recent opening of two new office locations in Romania as well as an office in Rome, Italy in 2019.
