Depending upon the client you will be supporting, you will likely use one of two systems for time capture – erecruit or Planisware.

Access to the relevant system will be sent to your personal email address. It is important that you click the applicable link and follow instructions to set your password. The sites provide your weekly timecard and a few informational links. (Note: if you are working for a client that uses a Vendor Management Tool, you will receive access to that specific system separately.)

erecruit:
As stated above, you will receive an email to your personal email address with a link to set your password. You will not be able to access erecruit until you receive that email and set your password.

To log time each week, please go to: http://erecruit.advancedgroup.com.

  • Timesheets must be submitted for approval by the end of day each Friday, but no later than Monday by 17:00 p.m. CET.
  • Calculate your hours worked in half hour increments. Round up or down to the nearest half hour.
  • Be sure to hit the green “Add” button to save your hours on each day, then press “Submit” when you are finished with the week.

Planisware:
As stated above, you will receive an email to your personal email address. Your Program Manager will contact you during your first week to guide you through the system.

To log time each week, please go to: https://advancedgroup.planisware.live/.

  • Timesheets must be submitted for approval by the end of day each Friday, but no later than Monday by 17:00 p.m. CET.
  • Once your timecard is complete for the week, it must be published to release it for Program Manager approval.

You will complete Planisware training through our Veeva training site and then materials and instruction guide will be available on the Advanced Clinical SharePoint site, coming soon!

EXPENSE ENTRY

Advanced Clinical utilizes Ramp as our Expense Management tool. Ramp access will be sent to your personal OR work email address from [email protected] & you’ll complete your initial registration.
