OVERVIEW
We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Quality Control Technician in Tigard, Oregon. The Quality Control Technician role will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspections, measurements, and adherence to established standards. This is a key role in maintaining compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.
SCHEDULE
Shift will initially be 10am to 6:30pm during the first few months for training purposes then will move to 2nd shift - 2:30pm -11:00pm for the remainder of the contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform product sampling and detailed visual inspections
• Measure components using CMM and/or SmartScope, Calipers, Microscopes
• Determine product conformity to established quality requirement
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems
EDUCATION
Associates Degree in Biology, Physics, Mathematics, or Science Education.
To be a best-fit your strengths must include:
• Basic knowledge of GMP, ISO 9000, and ISO 13485
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with quality control software or data entry systems
