Project Manager - II*

OVERVIEW
We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation in Foster City, CA (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite). The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiative, driving strategic change across processes, technology, and operating models. Their work will have a direct impact on organizational effectiveness and long-term business outcomes, making this a highly visible and strategic career opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Lead end-to-end program governance for complex, multi-year enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies 
•    Translate enterprise strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap with defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics 
•    Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts across multiple workstreams 
•    Drive cross-functional alignment across business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders 
•    Establish and enforce project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) 
•    Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate critical decisions with data-driven recommendations 
•    Partner with change management, communications, and training teams to support adoption and value realization 
•    Deliver high-quality executive reporting, including program status, risks, financials, and performance metrics 
•    Track and report on benefits realization against KPIs and strategic objectives 
•    Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the program 
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
•    Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders 
•    Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and decision-making sessions 
•    Balance competing priorities while maintaining program momentum and alignment 

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project or program management required
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives required
Experience managing cross-functional, global programs preferred
Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) required
Experience with executive stakeholder engagement and reporting required

EDUCATION
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline required
