Job Title: Laboratory Systems Analyst
Location: Bern, Switzerland
Overview: Join our team supporting a client in Bern, Switzerland. As a Laboratory Systems Analyst, play a key role in ensuring the qualification and validation of laboratory computerized systems and equipment in a GxP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities:

• Lead laboratory computerized system and equipment qualification projects in compliance with GxP requirements (i.e., USP, 21CFR Part 11, Annex 11 regulations) and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on qualification and validation projects, focusing on technical requirements, data integrity, and automation activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation in both English and German for qualification, validation, and lifecycle management of analytical instruments and software applications.
• Work closely with IT and operations departments to implement and maintain compliant laboratory automation solutions.
• Support the revision and updating of procedures related to laboratory instrumentation and computerized systems to align with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in laboratory system qualification and validation within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and industry standards.
• Strong technical background with data integrity and automation expertise.
• Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
