OVERVIEW
We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as an Inspector in San Ramon, CA. The Inspector role is responsible for performing inspection and testing of purchased materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining product integrity and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.
SHIFT
1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections and tests in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
• Accurately record inspection and test data as required by written work instructions and procedures.
• Operate all related test and measurement equipment in compliance with standard procedures.
• Recommend improvements and submit change requests for procedures and policies as necessary.
• Document non-conformances using the Non-Conforming Material Review (NCMR) system.
• Participate in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies under guidance from engineering or technical staff.
• Collect inspection data for First Article Inspections (FAI) as required.
• Perform testing and inspections as defined in special test requests.
• Assist with training other inspectors on procedures, equipment, and inspection techniques.
• Contribute to the gathering, analysis, and trending of inspection data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
