Tracy is a senior-level leader with more than 25 years of global clinical research experience. She leads the strategic direction and operational delivery of Advanced Clinical’s Data Science & Analytics organization. Tracy is responsible for driving innovation in data strategy, analytics, and technology solutions to enhance trial efficiency, quality, and insight across the company’s service offerings. Prior to joining Advanced Clinical in 2020, Tracy held progressive leadership roles in biometrics and strategic resourcing at Sarah Cannon, Syneos Health, ICON, and PPD. She has successfully managed cross-functional teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and large global portfolios, implementing transformative initiatives that optimize operations and strengthen client partnerships.
Tracy earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a published thought leader and a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary.
