Mary serves as General Counsel and Privacy Officer for the Advanced Group and is responsible for strategic oversight of legal, risk, privacy, and compliance matters. Drawing on a diverse background in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Mary brings expertise in corporate law, employment law, litigation, mediation, tax, workforce solutions, and international operations to support key business initiatives. Mary is committed to aligning legal strategy with organizational goals and driving practical, business-focused solutions across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Advanced Group, Mary was in-house counsel for Adecco Group North America, a subsidiary of Adecco Group AG, a global leader in staffing and human capital solutions. In private practice, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, tax, estate planning, and employment litigation.
She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E and CIPP/US) and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Florida.
