With over 13 years of experience supporting the life sciences and technology sectors, he has delivered a wide range of tailored workforce solutions, including RPO, MSP, Executive Search, SOW, Managed Staffing, and Interim Resourcing.
He is passionate about building trusted partnerships that enable clients to access the expertise and flexibility they need to bring critical therapies to market. Jacob’s leadership is grounded in thought leadership, emotional agility, and a commitment to long-term impact.
