QA Training Specialist
Global Healthcare Company in the Northeast of Ireland
6-month contract with high likelihood of extension

Main Purpose of the Role:

• Support the business by assessing learning needs and developing/modifying Learning Materials in accordance with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) principles.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Create interactive, multimedia-rich content (videos, forums, learning games).
• Design and develop QA microlearning, computer-based training, instructor-led training, job aids, and other training support materials.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing QA training support, including QA onboarding, CAPA, and audit actions.
• Work with QA leadership to improve training materials.
• Develop digital learning materials (e-learning modules, simulations, assessments).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support training requests for specific initiatives (e.g., Project Safeguard).

Experience and Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a training environment.
• Experience with digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, TechSmith Camtasia).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Validation experience nice-to-have but not required.
