Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Analyst, US Transparency Reporting to join our client in King of Prussia, PA. This hybrid role will require 2 days per week onsite (Tuesday strongly preferred to align with the team). The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for capturing, validating, and reporting transfers of value to covered recipients in compliance with federal, state, and district reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of transparency reporting in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and verify marketing and healthcare expenditures required for external reporting to federal, state, and district agencies.
  • Data Management: Prepare TOV (Transfer of Value) data for upload to reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Concur, MediSpend).
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of external reporting.
  • Third-Party Vendor Management: Monitor, collect, and process third-party vendor spend reports. Provide actionable insights based on the analysis of spend data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to identify and report covered recipient expenditures.
  • Training and Support: Assist in the development and presentation of policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all expenditures are in compliance with the Sunshine Act and other state/federal marketing and healthcare expenditure disclosure regulations.
  • Tools and Systems: Maintain and validate customer profiles in MediSpend and Veeva Network tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries (clinical trial data or commercial side experience preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus).
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for the Sunshine Act and other state/federal disclosure regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform financial analysis.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the transparency division or related reporting functions is ideal.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with compliance or auditing processes.
