Deerfield, IL (August 3, 2020) – Steve Matas, Senior Vice President of Strategic Resourcing at Advanced Clinical, has been recognized by PharmaVOICE magazine as a distinguished leader on the 2020 PharmaVOICE 100 list.
Since joining Advanced Clinical in January of 2017, Steve Matas has completely reformed and enhanced the staffing services offering of the organization. His streamlining of operations and delivery, as well as realigning the sales force with company and client goals, has resulted in 80% growth over the last three years. Matas attributes much of this success to outlining a clear vision and mission as well as cultivating a culture where individual team members can achieve their professional ambitions consistently.
