Inavero utilizes Net Promoter Score (NPS)-based surveys. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a simple metric based on a question that asks how likely a person is to recommend a company. Advanced Clinical received a client NPS of 56.5% and talent NPS of 64.9%, compared to the industry average of 9% and 21%, respectively.
