We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as Senior Clinical Data Coordinator in Wilmington, Delaware.  The Senior Clinical Data Coordinator will be responsible for performing activities related to clinical database development, data review, and maintenance of specific data management documentation pertaining to the conduct of Phase I – III clinical trials, and they will ensure that a quality work product is produced and that all timelines and deliverables are met. As they support the Data Management Team, their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger clinical industry making this an amazing career opportunity!


  • Perform User Acceptance Testing of clinical databases
  • Execute Quality Control of clinical databases
  • Lead ongoing data review, including reconciliation of third party data streams and serious adverse event reconciliation with the safety database
  • Complete ongoing updates of Data Management-related documentation, as needed


  • Minimum 3 years of Data Management experience required
  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system(s) required
  • Experience with Oracle Inc.’s Inform™ EDC system preferred
  • Oncology and/or inflammatory therapeutic area experience preferred


  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR Certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (i.e. RN, MT, PA, RT) with commensurate experience will be considered
