We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s expanding team as a Clinical Trial Administrator based in either Cambridge, Massachusetts or Alachua, Florida.  The Clinical Trial Administrator role will report to the Chief Medical Officer. Their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger clinical industry making this an amazing career opportunity. 


  • Serve as a member of the project team to contribute to efficient management of clinical trials 
  • Act as an office-based secondary point of contact for sites during the study 
  • Provide phone coverage for travelling team members
  • Assist Clinical Trial Managers in the production of study reports and updates
  • Manage inventories for clinical trials supplies, including the tracking and shipment of investigational product
  • Assist project team with preparation and distribution of Clinical Trial documentation
  • Develop and maintains the study specific investigator database
  • Facilitate the study documents printing process
  • Facilitate project meetings with respect to the preparation and distribution of materials and final meeting minutes, as well as the coordination of participants
  • Assist with corporate administration activities according to need and availability
  • Set up and maintain the Trial Master File in compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs and Clinical Trial Manager guidance
  • Liaise with departments and affiliates ensuring all study documentation is filed appropriately


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical research


  • Bachelor’s degree (life sciences and health care field preferred), or
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
