Advanced Clinical Announces New Director of Recruiting
Deerfield, IL (September 13, 2011) — Advanced Clinical, a leading provider of clinical research talent and solutions, today announced that Ami DeBoer has joined the company as Director of Recruiting.
Ami DeBoer is a highly respected leader in the clinical research talent industry. As Director of Recruiting, Ami is responsible for recruitment operations and managing Advanced Clinical’s Midwest and East Coast recruiting teams. She is also responsible for full life-cycle recruitment, executing on contract and direct hire search assignments for Advanced Clinical’s clients.
Ami’s most recent experience includes oversight of research/recruiting, FSP solutions, and CRO services for i3/inVentiv Clinical Solutions for their North American, Canadian, and Latin American regions. Ami was also a President’s Circle member for the past four years. Ami brings over eight years of recruiting experience to Advanced Clinical; her strengths are in recruiting top talent, building high-performing teams, and managing successful recruiting functions.

Ami DeBoer earned her Bachelor of Science (Marketing) degree from Southern Illinois University. Ami resides in the Chicagoland area.
