Recruiting and Sourcing
Advanced’s success in Talent Management services begins with an in-depth understanding of our clients’ specific needs by position, including both soft and technical skills. From this point, our approach to recruiting is to draw from our expanding pool of available, talented clinical research professionals to meet client requirements.
We implement a targeted strategic plan and disciplined execution, pulling from referrals, online resources, our own internal consultant database, independent contractors and industry associations.
We are especially proud that almost 50 percent of our consultants came from referrals. This is a testament to our approach towards our consultants and our reputation in the marketplace.
Consultants who worked for us throughout 2009 were sourced via the following recruitment avenues:
- Candidate Referrals
- Client Referrals
- Direct Hire
- Industry Association Affiliation
- Internet (passive and active)
- Reactivation
- Social Media Techniques
Hiring:
The Advanced Professional Screening Process is thoroughly detailed to ensure that only the highest quality employees are placed with your company. Candidates are initially screened to determine that they possess the appropriate technical experience in their specialty area(s). Candidates are also screened for a cultural fit with our organization, based on factors such as experience and career trajectory. Only those candidates who exemplify our mission, vision and values are invited to continue the process with Advanced. All Staffing Partner organizations are required to demonstrate similar screening procedures prior to approval.
Onboarding and Training:
We know you require experienced talent when requesting clinical research professionals. Advanced completely trains each consultant using an on-line orientation tool, which is fully customizable for you. Initial client-specific training can be created based upon your needs.
Timeline:
Our recruiting, sourcing and onboarding process takes two to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the client need and level of educational degree required.
