Advanced Clinical Cares:
In our industry, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide solutions that deliver tangible results for our clients. In our local community, we use the same approach to give back in the highest way possible, making a lasting difference in people’s lives. For several years we have made a commitment financially and with volunteer support to the following causes.
The Cara Program
One of the programs we participate in is The Cara Program, which assists motivated underprivileged individuals to transform their lives and achieve real, lasting success. The foundation of the program is critical life skill development. The Cara Program provides real world, job and specialized skills training. They place their students (working-age adults) in quality jobs at one of 100+ allied companies in the Chicago area. For at least one year, their personal and professional coaches then work closely with their employed students on a range of issues such as job retention, career advancement and goal setting. Several who have gone through The Cara Program earn significantly above the minimum wage, remain employed over a year and are now homeowners.

Horizons For Youth
AC also participates in Horizons for Youth, a program that provides low-income Chicago youth with scholarships, mentoring and a support community. Horizons for Youth contributes a significant portion of each participant’s educational needs to attend a Chicago area private school. Additionally, each child is both matched with a mentor who serves as a “Big Sib” for at least two years and is involved in monthly group outings around the area. Through this program, 100 percent of the program’s alumni have graduated from high school and 80 percent have gone on to attend college.

Rainbow Days Inc.
Advanced Clinical additionally supports Rainbow Days Inc., which provides children in high-risk environments in the Dallas area with the life skills and support to overcome adversity and stay drug-free. The program uses their Curriculum-Based Support Groups to broadly reach out to the underprivileged youth and families around Dallas. Annually over 9,545 children and youth and 200 parents participate in one or more prevention programs offered through Rainbow Days.

Breast Cancer Network of Strength
Breast cancer is a devastating disease that impacts the lives of millions every year. We know how important it is to find a cure and help spread awareness. Advanced Clinical is proud to be part of the Breast Cancer Network of Strength. In Chicago, for over 10 years, we have marched for Breast Cancer awareness.
Cabrini Connection
Finally, AC provides assistance to Cabrini Connections, which offers structured activities that make a life-changing difference for youth living in economically and educationally disadvantaged neighborhoods, primarily the Cabrini Green area of Chicago. They deliver comprehensive, volunteer-based tutoring, mentoring and school to work programs, which encourage young people to finish high school and enter the work force. Since January 1993, Cabrini Connections has provided more than 400 youth with anywhere from one to seven years of tutoring/mentoring.
